Biography

Ashish Kumar received his M.Sc. and M.Phil. degrees in chemistry from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, India. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, India, in October 2021. Since May 2022, he has been working as an Assistant Professor in Chemistry at Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India. His area of research interest includes the design and development of efficient photocatalytic materials for sustainable energy and environment-oriented applications, viz—H2 evolution, N2 fixation, wastewater treatment and plastic upcycling.
